Bučar Farm and Orchards

 

The Bučar Orchards (Sadjarstvo in kmetija Bučar) is mainly engaged in the production and processing of home-grown apples. The farm is located at an altitude of 250 m above sea level, in unspoiled nature without industrial plants within a radius of 20 km. Fruit growing is already a tradition on the farm, and the oldest apple and pear trees are over 80 years old. They have intensive orchards and meadows, which are tall, old varieties. The farm consists of 28 ha owned by them and 4 ha rented, of which 5.30 ha are orchards. Since 2004, they have registered a supplementary activity on the farm - fruit processing - and based on this, they process fruit into over 60 different products. All their products are made without sulphur, preservatives or stabilizers.

 

OFFER: year-round / fresh apples, dried fruit, various spirits, jams, juices, apple cider vinegar and seasonal vegetables
